There are a range of clinical infrastructures and research networks working for better medicines for children across Europe.

These networks aim to generate high-quality knowledge on medicines for children and to facilitate the development of better treatments through collaboration within and between countries.
NordicPedMed
Nordic investigators network for Pediatric Medicines (NordicPedMed) a joint paediatric clinical research network within all Nordic countries; Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. The ultimate aim of NordicPedMed is to develop a Nordic network of investigators, centres and national networks with recognized expertise in performing clinical studies on children and increase cooperation both on a Nordic and European level.
EnprEmA
European Network of Paediatric Research at the European Medicines Agency (EnprEmA) is a European network with expertise in paediatric clinical studies. Its purpose is to increase the availability of safe and approved medicines for children through collaboration across Europe.
ECRIN & NorCRIN
European Clinical Research Infrastructure Network (ECRIN) fasilitates multinational clinical research in Europe. Norwegian Clinical Research Infrastructure Network (NorCRIN) serves as the national node for ECRIN, in Norway.
FinPedMed
Finnish Investigators Network for Pediatric Medicines (FinPedMed) is the Finnish counterpart to NorPedMed, aiming to strengthen collaboration within Finland.
Medicines for Children Research Network
The Medicines for Children Research Network is part of the UK’s National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), functions as a national research network.
NOPHO
Nordic Society of Paediatric Haemotology and Oncology (NOPHO) is a network focused on research into childhood cancers, with a particular emphasis on blood cancers, which are among the most common cancers in children.
PRINTO
Paediatric Rheumatology International Trials Organisation (PRINTO) is an international network of around 60 countries, specializing in rheumatologic diseases in children.
